Neatly maintained rooms for family stay. wifi service is not good. very low mobile signal inside of room. location near to beach but car parking is not recommended outside because there were no hotel car parking we have to go with open paid car parking 100 bucks next to 2 lanes. But no closed car parking.

Good hotel at a good location and good price. Beach, museum, Aurobindo ashram, all famous cafes and restaurants are nearby. You can walk if you want. Market is also nearby for two wheeler rentals. So staying here is recommended. Staff are also good and polite. The food in the restaurant in ground floor is also good. Should try their sandwiches and pancakes.

The rooms are decent and the location is very good as it is very near to Rock Beach and lots of cafe. They even have a cafe in their hotel which is good too.

Our room was in very poor condition. Not clean, a lot of dust and stains on the bedsheets. The bathroom was full of mould so it was hard to breathe properly while taking a shower. Way too overpriced compared to the condition of this hotel. The only positive feedback is that they gave us early check in.

A decent place to stay in white town, easy access to the main beach, walkable distance to major tourist attractions including churches, restaurants, shopping areas etc. Also has a inhouse cafe that serves decent crepes and pancakes. They are not providing complimentary breakfast. In room facilities can improve a lot. But a clean, kids friendly hotel. Doesn't have a parking space, has wheel chair access. Nice receptionist.

The receptionist is very helpful and understanding. The rooms are small but all the amenities are there starting from Geyser to AC. It is situated in the midst of French Colony and there are so many affordable fancy restaurants and cafes around it. I will recommend this hotel!

In the heart of the town, this place is very convenient for staying and to roam around. The room was very spacious and large. However it lacked ventilation and light on the ground floor. The entrance for the villa is through another business which is kind of an awkward position when you move in or out of your rooms. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Was hoping to have a buffet breakfast and was surprised when asked to do a Zomato/ Swiggy order. With all these said I will still recommend this place for stay due to its positioning and staff response. Thanks Prabhu for your hospitality. Definitely worth the money.
